We deliver products across India through our trusted courier partners. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS. As soon as it’s shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping is free for most products across India. However, a minimal delivery fee may apply for low-value orders or remote locations. The applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Yes, you can update your address before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, changes may not be possible. To modify, go to your account → Orders → Request change via the “Contact Support” option.
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you. If your shipment is delayed or lost, our customer support team will assist you with either a replacement or full refund as per our policy.
