Custom-made rugs may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has started.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Vacuum regularly using suction only.
• Do not use a rotating beater brush.
• Gently shake the rug to remove loose dirt.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
• Do not rub stains.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not soak the rug in water.
• Keep the rug away from continuously wet or damp areas.
• Rotate periodically to promote even wear.
• Professional rug cleaning is recommended.
• Carefully trim loose fibre sprouts with scissors; do not pull them.
• Use indoors and protect from prolonged direct sunlight.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

Depending on its size, the rug may be securely rolled or folded for transportation. Temporary folds or waves may appear after unpacking.

Lay the rug flat, gently reverse-roll it if required and allow sufficient time for the natural fibres to settle.

Import duties, customs charges or local taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility unless Etsy collects them during checkout.
